disabilities too, as one of these organisations participated in the drafting
process of the UN Convention on Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

The non-state actors are allowed to
participate in the drafting of conventions on special legal issues.
·
The most effective change brought by the
non-state actors is in the field of environmental law.
